Our Process

    1. We start with a kick-off meeting or call to get to know each other, discuss project goals and brainstorming for success, using the discovery document as a guide. If this is a redesign, we review the current site to determine how it meets or fails to meet your objectives.
    2. Dalen Design develops an estimate and contract/project scope for the project.
    3. Once the initial deposit is received, Dalen Design creates a project schedule and an agreed upon target launch date.
    4. Dalen Design sets up the hosting, email accounts, and upload a temporary under construction page if necessary.
    5. We plan and agree on the navigation structure and create site design mockups for home and/or inner pages.
    6. Dalen Design develops the website.
    7. We review, test and make final modifications for site launch.
    8. Dalen Design launches your new site and submits to major search engines, as well as sets up Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools accounts.
    9. We hold a follow up meeting to make sure everything is on track, and provide training if applicable. Final payment is due within 30 days.
    10. Dalen Design provides you with a backup CD of the design and site files, and any related documentation.
    11. We agree on webmaster and/or SEO package options and other services you require for continued support.
